The hope that was offered with Ludo's penchant for tricks was only slightly dampened at the news of the wayward ghosts that had troubled the world of late. Hadama took the news calmly, with the same acceptance that he dealt with the Void creatures. It was not ideal, but it was what they had to work with, and no wishing otherwise would change that. "Mmh. Then the question of illusions will wait," he agreed. Restless spirits in need of guidance to Mort's Halls were, understandably, more in line with the herald's duties. Until those were settled they would proceed as best they were able with their own abilities.

And it was likely that their problem and their question would remain relevant even after the issues with the ghosts were settled.

It had been a good meeting, and Hadama inclined his head solemnly to the Northhaven's co-captain, though when he raised his head again there was the ghost of a smile at the creases of his eyes that echoed his host's. "Thank you, Remi. For myself, and for Torchline." Even if Ronin vetoed the trip, Remi's willingness to try was appreciated. "Let us meet again soon."
