Wry smile exchanged for gritted teeth as he moved back to the two of them as they exchanged pleasantries. Tense, far too tense, and a hand unknowingly moved to rest on the head of the axe he kept on his belt. The cobbler kept Emmet fixated with his gaze for a few more moments after the hero stepped away. With a snort and a shiver he moseyed over to the scrap heap and started piling wrought iron high on his shoulder.
