In love, whilst not correct in the more traditional term, might not be all that far off. Indebted, certainly, and bound. Ianto glanced up as Lily spoke, not realising he had drifted off somewhat and smiling apologetically.

"She is fierce and proud, but also gentle and forgiving. She is able to heal wounds and soothe fevers." And she could hurt just as often as she could help, but he didn't mention that part to Lily.
