But lions were not known for their ability to keep delicate things safe and in the moment, it was all he could think to do.

Teeth turned sharp and pointed, but the leather seemed to hold. At least he could clamp down to ensure the bag wouldn't be lost to the wind without worrying about slicing off a few of Ashe's feathers in the process.
