I don't know that anyone could have predicted Zariah taking power... but if we had the chance to make plans in advance of that, we might have been able to temper some of her more excessive grasping after control. We've gained some breathing room now, but we're warned that she intends to return, and have every reason to assume she intends to pick right back up where she left off. My advice is to make backup plans while we have time and space to do so." He paused, and then tipped his head in a respectful nod.
