That was new.    Soot let out a hiccup, drawing her attention to the two companions. The wine spider had spun quite the lopsided web through Auni's antlers, one of them excessively draped in the silvery wisps. Soot was chittering happily away, and he slipped with another hiccup, dangling from an antler with flailing legs.    Soot would appreciate a visit to the bar, she said, testing out the mental link with Kiada.
