[PQ] Let's bang this out

There were a great many differences between Edrei and Zariah, especially as Peter saw them (Zariah was a familiar kind of leader, and Edrei scared him) but some things never changed. Whether or not Edrei scared him, he would follow her as long as she told him to. It was a lesson beaten into his bones. Peter stayed silent as he followed the new (temporary?) family head into the greatwoods. Honestly, he wasn’t completely sure what they were going to be doing, but he had made sure to have a bottle of water at his hip. It wouldn’t make a great impression if he couldn’t even use his full range of magic. The black rotting foliage was somehow worse than anything he could have imagined. Peter took a step further after Edrei had stopped, morbidly curious about the blight now that he was seeing it in person. By the time a voice came out from seemingly nowhere, he was straightening up, though the surprise sent him upright immediately, his eyes on Edrei but all of his focus on the imposing fey.
