silent wings and other things

AMALIA

It started recently. Amalia croons a thoughtful sound, shuffling from foot to foot on the branch. First I could sort of... reach out to them? Feel them, through my mind. Then I found that they would do what I asked, even if it was on accident. She chuckles a little, a strange series of chirps and coos, remembering with some abashed calling the local cats on Deimos.

Turning to look at the harpy, the starbacked owl tilts her head. Can you feel them? Maybe birds of prey? We could go find some. Amalia puffs out her feathers and opens her wings, ready to light from the branch, the two little owls following along, interested to see what adventure the new strange birds are up to.
