AMALIA
She follows Kiada on silent wings, staying high among the branches but still near, still lingering, watching and guiding and curious and proud. The harpy lands on the water's edge and from high above the owl observes, waiting to see what magic will happen, what ability will be pulled out from the girl. Amalia remembers each new discovery, from the day she first found her own shift to the more recent abilities to call to the birds.For a moment there is expectation, patience and silence as she waits, her breath held, for something to change. She expects something beautiful, something new.
She expects something other than for Kiada to shift, a beautiful bronze feline growing where the harpy had been. Amalia gasps, a sharp cry of wonder, amazemend and delight and pride and adoration flooding easily through their bond. Without hesitation she drops the the ground, shifting to leopard form as she does, eager and enthused, inspecting the carcaral from tail to ear tip and lingering to lick along those incredible tufts.
Kiada, you're beautiful! the girl exclaims, purring aggressively and playfully, thrilled to have another feline friends.
