it is both a blessing and a curse, to feel everything so very deeply
She continues to look and inspect, curious and brazen as a mother with her cub- and indeed, Amalia feels a little as such, protective and caring of the other girl despite their almost identical ages. She has scarcely had a feline form for more than a handful of seasons, but already it is as much part of her as her own skin. Moreso, the girl often feels, finding a comfort and freedom in the guise of the leopard, more at ease as a cat than a woman.
