He shrugs off the other man's apology as though it’s nothing, to which it is to Sunjata. But he isn’t so quick to let the man go off easy, and he keeps the conversation flowing just enough to get the Ascended to stay, to inquire why he might have heard of him, heard stories of him. And when Samuel asks him what he’s heard, Sunjata gives him a charming smile. “Well, I’m sort of new here and you’re a Natural from what I’ve heard.” He pauses briefly with a small smile. “I’ve heard you make books. A dedicated job that people have said you’re good at.” He rumbles easily, trying to spark a conversation, without being so forthright with it. But in terms of books? Jata found the subject a boring one. But he feigns interest regardless. “What else do you do?” He tilts his head, as if learning about the man from his own mouth would hold more weight than gossip.
