Loren not afraid to use every trick in the book Loren had absolutely no idea what was going on here. One moment, Annabelle had been a kind, if somewhat dim, young woman; the next, she smacked away his hand and started going on in a no-nonsense tone about life in this other world, using terms and words that the librarian had never heard of before.
