In the struggle, the scarf of sorts leaves his neck and her fingernails claw at the faded bruises along his neck, as she pushes him back further and further, but he plants his feet and surges back, aiming to grab onto the hands that aim to maim and attack, a few small scratches line his throat now and they welt with dark ruby hued blood as he tries to keep himself between her and flower. “Stop.” He tells her again, a growl to his voice, not wanting to have to push her to the snowy ground and pin her there – but he will if he has to.
