Actually, Jigano’s joke, if that’s what it was, went completely over Loren’s head. The Launceleyn didn’t have a great sense of humor at the best of times, and these were hardly the best of times. ”Neither have I. And I agree.” And if that meant he had to listen to others for once, well, the summoner was perfectly willing to do so if it meant he could keep people safe, strange as that might sound to those who knew him.
