Still, the way Loren simply acknowledged that some people would die, as if it was a foregone conclusion, rattled him. "What do you do with your dead, here? How do you bury them?" He asked, the question suddenly coming to mind as he imagined piles of corpses.
He did not notice Astra's disappointment even as he kept his eyes on the Luxere, more interested in the anatomy and function of the antlers, how they glowed. "How did you choose the name?"
At the mention of the temperature he nodded and pulled the sheet tighter around his shoulders. "Oh? Do you have some sort of solution with your magic?" He asked, not aware of any flirtatious connotations of their previous conversation nor this one (not to say he didn't find Loren attractive, or that he was especially opposed to such a thing).
