Already she knows Deimos, Kiada, and Rexanna will listen to what she has to say, will at least give her a chance to propose her ideas. Perhaps it's her own self-consciousness (what little of it she has) but she cannot outright say they'd follow her to hell and back, even if she'd do it for them. But she's confident enough to count them as additional numbers.
