Face of a saint. Lips of a sinner
It’s about damn time.
Having decided a while ago that she wants to be a shape-shifter (yes, let’s call it Attuned for the sake of Caido), Lily fairly runs to the Woods on the day she’s decided is going to be the day. But it’s been awhile since she’s been in the Greatwood and she does get lost once or twice. It turns out the waterfall is a bit easier to find once you just sit down and still yourself, listening for the faint roar of the rushing river as it empties into the ruby red pool.
The small statue is still there, so with a delighted little wiggle, Lily sits herself down on the ground in front of it, grinning like a Cheshire cat, or a cat who’s just recently caught the canary. Or it could just be a post-Fiat Lux glow.
“Frey,” she begins aloud. “I was hoping you’d be able to help me with something again…” Well, two somethings, but she hasn’t yet realized the second part.
