However, it requires a great deal of time and discipline to master it. Not that I don't think you can do it, but it's not something you learn in one sitting." Again, he shot the alchemist an apologetic look.
Then the Launceleyn bit his lip. "I can teach you some basic breathing exercises though? If you'd like. I mean, I think you'll be just fine without it though." He shrugged a bit helplessly.
