The touch was a surprise, but not an unwelcome one. Phoebe glanced first at the hand over hers, then over to Melita. A small smile curved her lips, not quite reaching her eyes but genuine nonetheless. She appreciated the gesture, and though perhaps she and Melita were not particularly close, she considered her a good friend. "Thanks, Melita." she said softly, hardly more than a whisper.
