Nephele
Nephele hums softly instead of responding. Unwilling to let any Grounder in the Greatwood during LongNight, protective as ever of the forest and its benevolence. Though she does spare a brief moment to feel sympathy for the woman and her plight. "We live much longer than you. Birthdays are not celebrated as much as milestones." Otherwise they'd get tired of celebrating very, very quickly. Or, well, quickly to them at least.
"There is no word for it that I'm aware of in your language, but we call it-" she says the word in the Fae language, something old and misshapen to the ears of any non-Fae. "I hope you enjoy it. Unfortunately I must return home before it gets too cold." With a dip of her head, Nephele lets her wings beat harder to lift herself back into the air, giving a small wave of her hand to the shape below as she begins the long flight back to the Greatwood.
