The question of the efas herb though, has him going through what he knows. “To help Amalia?” He asks curiously, since it makes sense. An herb after all.
But the question of the wedding has him sighing lightly, acutely aware of the weight on his hand before he shakes his head slightly while they walk – an awkward chuckle leaving him. “Awkward.” He offers honestly, keeping his gaze straight forward. “Sad, to an extent.” A bit of honesty. “Hotaru was there. She… certainly made a statement. There's much I regret about the whole thing.” The statement had made his life a bit of hell as well, but he digresses. Instead, he keeps his focus ahead, biting down on the inside of his cheek. “Thank you again for the rings by the way, regardless.” Even if the wedding wasn't what he wanted, even if he was going to try to make it work, however unhappy it made him. He still appreciated the rings and the effort put into it.
