From Attuned to Ascended to Ancient, Kiada Njovu-Reyes has been reborn several times throughout her short life, but her fighting spirit has never once been diminished. With beauty, grace and a quick wit, Kiada is the whole package wrapped in an infectious smile. Recent endeavours have found her in the heart of the Hollowed Grounds, aiding the region and bettering it for her new Ancient kin, and whatever she does next, we know it's sure to pack a punch.
Congratulations, Kiada!

Shift away. She made it sound so easy, and Remi desperately tried to hang onto the breezy sound of her words as if that would make the task all the easier. He was relieved that she'd brought proper precautions and did indeed trust her to use them if the situation called for it.
Walking a few feet away from her so that if things went sideways immediately she'd have ample distance to defend herself, Remi took a steadying breath. I am fine. He thought to himself, clearing his thoughts of any unwanted distractions or unnecessarily rampant emotions. Despite all that had happened to him lately, Remi was surprisingly good at compartmentalizing. Pinching the bridge of his nose, Remi took one final breath before letting his hands drop to his sides and focusing internally.
Slumping forward his body began to change. The shift was less elegant than when he became a hawk because 1. he wasn't as practised and 2. he was becoming something four-legged. Even so, his body elongated, bulked up, and became tawny and furred. Facing away from Vai, the lion stood still for a moment while internally Remi mentally shifted, making sure that he had control of his faculties. Once he was sure he did, he flicked his tail once and turned a maned-head over his shoulder and nodded once.
Feeling as though he was bursting with energy, Remi ran forward. The gourds might have been strangely quick, but he was faster. Leaping at one of them, it completed exploded within his paws as the full weight of his body slammed down upon it. Covered with orange-goo rather than blood, Remi was happy to give in to this predatory instinct to chase and kill.
