Nate was grinning as they finished the first round of... training? Auditions? He didn't know. He just knew that apparently, they'd done a good job. The grin left his face almost immediately as Bastien demonstrated the next move, the opening move, apparently. Ascending might have removed his sense of pain, but there was still a bit of hesitation when it came to grinding his groin on the ground. He held back this time, waiting for a few others to go so he could really get a feel for it. Amun was first again, and ridiculously good again. Really, it was almost unfair. Then the man Nate hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet, which made him feel a little better. If the accepted man could do it no problem, with full feeling, he'd be fine to do it as he was. He stepped forward next, trying to find the right beat of the song, trying really being the operative word. What he lacked in rhythm he made up for in enthusiasm though, Nate dropping down gracefully, bouncing a few times, then rising again.
So he didn't add his own fancy finishing touches. This was the learning part, and he was eager to learn a skill like this.
