Turns out it wasn’t so difficult to do after all if only because by some twist of fate, she already conveniently had lightning magic in her body. Peering up at the white-capped peaks of the Fangs, Wessex waits for her brethren to come through the portal and join her, idly playing with the edge of her cloak to pass the time whilst keeping a keen eye and ear out for Ursurs - or worse, those pesky portal guardians. It will be good to have this done, she thinks to herself, to have another toe-hold in this icy, brutal area. Every little bit helps.
