As she speaks she opens her palm and with a trickle of magic creates a beautiful teal satin ribbon a tad thicker than the ones he's using. "Can I help?" Here she offers the ribbon if he'd like it, though she wonders if he'll even want to use the color. Or if the ones he's using have some sort of significance that she's undermining with her offer.
