PETER
Peter is surprised to find that he's the first to come across Sunjata, given he is technically coming from further, fighting through the snow, which is apparently at his mildest. It's a though that comes to him whenever he wants to be upset about the cold, and all it does is upset him more. He has a supply of warm clothes now, having been in Halo a while. As he approaches, his shape is covered by a thick layer of furs, whites and greys in lieu of his usual black. Might as well have some advantages in a whiteout.
No words pass his lips, just a solemn nod towards Sunjata while they wait for the others. As soon as Adam arrives, Peter is at his side, leaning in against him and pulling an extra fur from the bag hanging at his hips, a bag that also contained Apricum, the creature carefully curled up in the space available. The only other thing he'd brought is a spear, the weapon strapped across his back and also hidden by the furs.
When Sunjata speaks, he has to lean in to catch the soft words, but they don't exactly inspire confidence. "What... what do we do if... when we find it?" Peter hopes theres some kind of actual plan, but something tells him they're mostly just playing this by ear.
