| The air around Ronin dimmed for a moment making him appear almost silhouetted by some unseen ethereal light. Distantly the sounds of triumph in battle echoed; muffled screams and cheers of success. Both Ashetta and Ronin would feel invigorated, their hope renewed. Their bodies would feel similarly energized. Around his neck, the pendant would grow warm and slightly heavier. Not enough to draw undue attention, but enough that Ronin would be immediately reminded of its presence and what the goddess had promised. The eye in the centre would grow slightly brighter while the galactic core would darken significantly. |
