Messy. This was messy. But alas, there wasn't time yet to mull over what could have been done about it.
Delphia allowed the soul of Whale #3 to do the work for her. It charged as if it were still alive, but once it was close, she used her abilities to hopefully stop it in its tracks, ensnared by her own brand of magic. "You've caused enough problems, sweetling. Now, mind your manners." she said, hopefully tucking its soul away to send to her father once she was done dealing with the rest of the whales and the souls within.
Whale #1 of course was the biggest issue. It charged, and Delphia redirected her magic, focusing in on the beast and tugging at its soul, desperately trying to pull it free from its undead body to silence it permanently.
