She’d gone and scouted the location for the bar after meeting with Sunjata. The house had been as she remembered it, a few doors down from the edge of the market, and still abandoned. The place was in mild disrepair, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad. They’d have a bit of work cleaning it up, but most of the work would simply be converting the house into a proper bar. The most fortunate piece of the house was the back backroom. Behind the kitchen was a large room that Weaver assumes the previous owner once used to dry meat. The owner must have been a hunter, but of better skill than she was, because the room is substantial in size. It’s also perfectly located so they can make it look like a part of the kitchen, and no one will be the wiser to the hidden door.
After collecting the supplies they would need, arranging deliveries and trades (so many free drinks) with the local vendors that could help, Weaver sends a letter to Sunjata. She gives him the details of the backroom, a date, and tells him to bring some friends. Which of course is to say, she asks if he’ll get word out to the guild members as well for some extra help, but her letter says nothing so specific.
When the day finally arrives, Weaver gets up early as always, but instead of hunting she heads to the house. With her sleeves rolled up (thank you cold resistance), she sets out the various tools she thinks they will need. Cleaning supplies to start, some paint for the main room. There’s wood for the bar and shelves, and some supplies in the kitchen to make sure that is ready as well, along with a plan to set up and hide their meeting room. As she waits, Weaver sets some logs into the fireplace, tossing a bit of magic at them until the flames roar to life. At least one thing was already done for them.
