The scowl deepened as he chewed on her arguments. Whatever storm that churned and brewed inside him was silent, like it always was. Korbin's anger was cold as Halo winds, there one minute, gone the next.
"I said we should go together," he pointed out, still not ready to let this go. "Never said you had to ask permission, but what's up with this running off without even saying where you're going?
