As the crowd refused to heed his cries, Saiden gritted his teeth. He began to move in the direction of the stampeding idiots, bringing his wall with him. As he walked he tossed some water from his wall onto the roofs of the houses he passed, hoping to keep them from catching fire if a stray bit of ash or spark from the volcano fell on them.
Halting a short distance from the panicking crowd, he shouted down towards them as loudly and commandingly as he could. His instructions were to remain as calm and orderly as possible as they made their way down to the water, and to implore them to work together, as if this was a ship in the storm.
Saiden makes his way down towards the direction of the panicking crowd. As he does, he uses upgraded water manipulation to keep his wall with him and to toss some of the water from his wall to wet the roofs of the houses nearby. He also continues to shout instructions at them.
