Sunjata is the last to arrive, and there is tension between him and Deimos that she could cut with one of the daggers on her hips. He drifts toward her, and she tries to meet his gaze, assuming he too had heard the news. To be fair, she has no way of knowing for certain if either Loren or Sunjata had seen the notice, but she assumes they have. It seems unlikely they saw Deimos’ notice without the other, unless they came across this clean up in some other way. For Loren the small gesture had been easy and instinctive. For Sunjata though, she does not know what to do, not in this company anyway. Instead she simply tries to meet his gaze, to let him know they would pour one out on the floor of the Kraai or the VlamVloed and let the fire burn high for her and her alone when they could.
Deimos gives them tasks, and she sets off to work on patching some holes. Weaver has no interest in dealing with rats and bats, particularly when there are two perfectly capable Attuned to compel them out (maybe three, she has no idea about the one guy). What she does know is they are all taller than her, so whoever else comes to help can do the ceiling. Weaver grabs tools and sets to work, cutting and hammering, nailing pieces into the wall with an ease that speaks of too many years patching her life together.
