The letter had been an unsuspected surprise, but a pleasant one nonetheless. A chance to visit Halo and engulf herself in with the snows again after so many years of being without. And now? With the opportunity available, she makes sure the affairs are in order, taking Neron up on his offer to visit the cold and harsh snowcapped land. A neighbor of sorts, at least a friendly ruler.
The Citadel, she decides quickly as she takes it in with bright verdant eyes, is quite beautiful. It reminds her of Halyven, of its ivory walls before everything had destroyed it and taken it away. At least she feels safe this time, with the guards that Neron had promised surrounding her and guiding her – half expecting to be dropped off in some sort of greeting room as things were usually prone to do.
Only… Not. Some hint of surprise as she’s directed through the palace toward what seemed like a separate room, a study of sorts perhaps? Bright eyes take it all in before she focuses on Neron in the side, slipping into the room and removing unneeded furs and a jacket to simply try and fit in more, revealing clothes that hung to curves and short dark hair that hung just about her shoulders with all the scars she bears on display.
“I have to say that this is far more entertaining than the walk I took you through in the Grounds.” She chimes by greeting, flashing him a bright fanged grin, a chime of a laugh leaving her throat. She approaches to greet him a bit more formally, despite unsure of whether or not she needs to. “It’s always good to see you Neron.”
