The stratagem swings
No one had particularly made the Hollowed Grounds sound appealing to Morgan; most had described it as boring, dull, full of people too convinced of their own self importance. She'd left it til last in her places to explore (well, except the Draig Cordillera, but...she wasn't foolish enough for that) because it didn't even sound like that much of a threat, the people here apparently cowed enough by regular monsters to want to attract new enemies. Still, it was a new place that was accessible and could access Halo, so she wanted to check it out.
She'd brought Eunike on this particular venture, not having gotten much of a chance to take her out in the last while. The black and gold unicorn seemed very happy indeed to have the chance to explore and Morgan enjoyed feeling her simple pleasure at seeing the new place, stepping about trees and grasses that while similar to Halo in the few places without snow, were just different enough to make a difference.
What neither of them were expecting to see was another unicorn - Eunike stopped and stared ahead and when Morgan followed her gaze she saw a simply coloured but no less beautiful unicorn before them. "Do you want to meet it..?" She asked Eunike softly, and the slow tread forward answered her question.
She assumed she would not find the unicorn alone from the thunks echoing around the forest and she was right, seeing a man hacking away at a tree - a woodcutter, she assumed. Politely Morgan watched at a slight distance until the tree was felled or Deimos took a break, then brought Eunike forward a few more steps before sliding off. "I did not expect to see another Unicorn in this forest. I suppose some of you in this place must be beloved of the Gods, despite what I've heard." Holding a hand out towards Deimos she gave him the slightest of smiles, more of an implication of one than the real thing. "I am Captain Morgan. I've come to explore here from Halo."
