Bundled up from head to toe, Oliver found himself in the icy cold place that is Halo. He didn't visit often, but this one in particular was to do some trading. Acquire some meat to bring back in return for some vegetables and spices that the Halo residents may not have access to. It seemed like a decent enough of a trade, but before he could do so, something else came up.
Like many other incidents, there was a crowd. Anytime there was a crowd something almost always was wrong. People really liked to congregate around problems and this one was certainly no different.
It wasn't hard to spot someone he recognized and felt safe with. There was Jigano and Sunjata, but he found himself gravitating towards a different individual. Slowly, he made his way over to Loren. The healer would be able to protect him if anything went wrong and seeing as he was now a resident of Halo, maybe he could shed some light on what the creature was. "Hey Loren... what's going on?" It was a simple enough of a question and hopefully Loren would know at least a small bit more than him.
