Something was off the moment she spoke and she could tell. The bad feeling in her gut. The objects before her swirled before mashing together. She wasn't sure what was happening and it was too late when she realized that she should swim away. The creation shot right for her face and grasped on tightly, covering up her eyes.
Letting out a sharp wail, Delta's hands instinctively reached for her face, grasping and trying to remove whatever was blocking her vision. Cries of panic left the daughter of the leader, clearly overwhelmed and panicking. She didn't what happened or why. Didn't the gods like them? Why would they punish her like this?
Calling out into the void, she yelled as loud as she could. DAD. MARU. And there she left, swimming away to the best of her abilities, hoping that her dad would hear her cries.
