Neither pushing nor pulling, even with Weaver's excellent legs, would budge the stove. It remained stubbornly in place, no matter how much pressure the dynamic duo applied. Her and Sunjata could either keep at it and hope things changed, or they could try a different tactic. Or they could wait until more help arrived.
Outside, Delphia would find herself struggling a bit with the last of the paint job. Her strokes were less sure than before, but in the end they still managed to get the job done and she slapped the last of it up. Now that her initial task was done, she was free to help bring in the future, come inside to struggle with the stove, or just leave, whichever struck her fancy.
Saiden found himself quite pleased with his efforts. Somehow, he managed to install the other half of the shelving without encountering the slightest difficulty. He beamed at his handiwork, then turned to meander outside to see how the rest of the group was doing.
When he saw the predicament Weaver and Sunjata were in, the cook couldn't help but laugh. "Why don't I give you a hand with that?" Walking towards the stove, smiling all the while, he joined them in trying to shove it into place, leaning his back against it and pushing with his legs.
