Jigano lifted the box and peeked inside, wondering what had landed on the guild's steps today. The book within was sturdy and thick, bound in leather and painted with faded gilt on the cover and edges of the pages and his eyes widened with delight when he found the explanation of what it could do. Hurrying back inside he went to update the Guild Item List and placed the Encyclopedia in the center of the large table in the main Hall, where it could easily be reached by all of the guild members to add their discoveries to at any time of day or night.
