It was heroic, it was brave, but Sunjata never quite considered himself the type. He always just… Did what needed to be done. He wasn’t good, but he wasn’t inherently bad either. And so he nods to that, a slight snort leaving him at Oliver’s comment of the scars. “It’s proof at least.” He agrees, though there’s some edge to his tone that seems to suggest he’d rather maybe have just one or two rather than the span of his skin being edged in it. It made him appear reckless (which, wasn’t wrong, but not the point either) and he simply nods in agreement regardless.
When it comes to the blacksmith shop, however, he gives the hybrid all of his attention. The talk of the blacksmithing has him nodding, at some point in the future the idea of jewelry making sense. For now, however, with Deepfrost quickly approaching, it also makes more sense for the other man to work on things that would be more needed rather than material items like the jewelry might be. So he nods to that, taking a sip of his drink, questions following up about the idea of the materials – like nails and the like, all of that.
Until of course, it gets late, and Torchline calls Sunjata back home.
