Hotaru arrives a little late to this particular meeting, but she'd last been in Halo and the portals are handy but certainly no replacement for walking between towns. Already they are gathered, strange and familiar faces alike. Two such familiar ones that she greets with a raised brow and a twinkle of mischief in her mismatched eyes. Oh, there's something there that she wants to poke around about, she can just tell. But now is not the time, no matter her flirtatious desires and conniving ways.
