Yeah, he blew it. But it was a good shot at the very least, and it was amusing while it lasted. And even still, his head ducks a bit, beak clacking with the pat to the head he receives. And well… Isn’t that new? He follows as the man scoots out of the coral, digging talons in lightly to try and keep himself upright. And when the man stretches his arms, it does do a good job at loosening Sunjata’s grip, wings flaring and a few more navy feathers falling to the ground, letting go as soon as the man begins to move toward the ground.
Wings flare again and he spins to land in the sand, yellow ringed eyes looking up at the stranger. “Workin’.” He repeats with a beaky grin, turning in the sand and tucking his wings in tight again. “Spyin’.” Another beaky grin to that, a clucking tut of his beak as he hops down the sand a bit more – gaining a small amount of distance between him and the stranger, waiting for the moment to shift should it arise.
