The youth enjoyed the walks, the blistering pace, the rambling through each and every avenue, corridor, as if things altered, changed, their appearance. It ignited her curiosity while they remained on shore, while she couldn’t blister and embolden herself out to sea yet. It gave her something to do in the midst of nothingness – like she had a place, a purpose, instead of the aimless meandering and drifting.
