The current batch is a blend, largely dry with just a little bit of some of the sugary stuff in it.” She makes her way to one of the finished bottles, grabbing two glasses and pouring a little bit. ”Stop me, if you don’t care about any of this,” she says with a chuckle, handing him the glass to taste test before she starts sticking stuff in it. ”I like to mess a little bit with a small batch and then finish the larger one. Take a sip, tell me what you think and then I’ll add things into it.”
