He’d heard the comments of the L’ma that had appeared. It wasn’t something he had been here for, and yet there was still a part of him that wished he had been. To see the creature that dwelled in the lair below, to be a part of those that helped shove it back into the water and give it a moment as if it were flying. A memory, of sorts, relived. Something Sunjata’s been dealing with a lot of lately.
Especially with the daggers resting in both hands, glinting in the light as he sits along one of the rocks overlooking the Miana Pool. He chews on the inside of his cheek, rests a hand over his stomach where he can feel the stitches raised above his skin beneath it, and swallows hard with a huff of a sigh. Not sure where else that left him, other than continuing to try and work and do what it was Safrin had asked, he focuses on the opportunities that come up.
