Normally Noah would have nodded along and agreed to start getting to the housework, instead he looping his arm around Delphine's torso and pulled her close. "What happened to staying in bed all day?" He asked, pouting out his lower lip. Even though he was playing with her, teasing her, his mind raced with all of the things that needed to be done in the house. While they had worked hard to fix the structural damage that threatened their very lives, there was still cosmetic damage that would need tending to.

In his line of work, the likelihood of his sustaining and appearance-changing injury was just about as high as the likelihood of death. Noah had never really spent much time thinking on his own appearance, though he could at least consider himself somewhat handsome. He hadn't caused any grimaces of partners past, that was certain.
