OLIVER
All Oliver can do is watch with wide eyes as Amalia unwraps the gift. His eyes shift to her face and he waits for a reaction, hoping his bread tin is up to par with her. Her verbal response helped him to smile and it only helped that she continued to inspect it. It ended up being good, from what Oliver could tell, and he felt pretty damn proud! It all worked out and he was really happy with the finished product. Hopefully Amalia would be able to find good use for it.
A sigh of relief leaves Oliver and he listens to what she had to say. Maybe his request would be way too much- but he could at least try, right? "Well... if you aren't busy, I wouldn't mind maybe if you'd be willing to teach me right now? I understand if you're busy, we can always find another time." It was an attempt and Oliver could try his best, hoping that this could prove a stress reliever for both of them. After all, learning how to bake bread could absolutely come in handy.
