With her wreath made -- it had come out even better than she'd expected -- she decided to move on to the last station she hadn't tried yet, just for a little variety. Candle decorating ... She knew how to make candles, as that was one of the rote tasks allotted to temple novices, but she'd never really decorated one before. Taking up a paint brush, she decided to go abstract, painting delicate blue waves and swirls on the side of the candle. Maybe she still had the sea on her mind after making that seashell wreath.
