Leaning towards Beatleste, Loren whispered in her ear (actually mumbled somewhere around her shoulder). "It's inside me. They said I'm becoming." He grinned, straightened up (kind of) and patted her again. Tilting his head to the side, his eyes widened. "I wonder what?"Stopping again, he rocked on back and forth on his feet and moaned. "'Basi is back at the Manor. In a fire. Home." Reaching out, he tried to grab Beatleste's shirt, stumbling into Astra as he did. "Can you take me there? I want to join him." He was still crying, and his voice was a desperate whine.
Then he started into a shambling and shuffling jog, one that took him in jagged zig-zags down the road. "Home. I have something there."
