Shrugging at Amalia's denial, Loren sighed. "You don't like me worshipping them, then." He tucked his chin into his chest. "I don't think they like me worshipping them either." Letting out a huff of laughter, he let his head fall back to thump against the ground.

Just said I should put it back. Which means I should go there too, because it's inside me too." He nodded at that impeccable piece of logic.

Then he shook his head just once, bringing a lot of his body with him from the force of his negation. "But no. No water. Never water." Magic lashed out of him, wild and uncontrolled and powerful, boosted by the mageglass he wore even now.
Every bit of water in a thirty foot radius that his power could reach froze instantly, including the sweat on his skin. Moaning at the ice crystals on his body, he tried to claw them off. Quite literally: his hands shifted to lion's paws and he swiped along his arms, trying to get rid of the hated substance.
