Slit silver pupils lingering on the lion as he speaks, as he mentions Amalia and something within him almost tries to bristle. It would make sense. Nate and I weren’t anywhere near the Climb, but Wessex brought Hotaru home. And now that Hotaru is missing and they don’t exactly have a home, he’s not sure where that leaves things.

I thought I was getting sick because I was electrocuted, but no. Nostrils flare, lips quivering to reveal sharp teeth again, talons digging into the ice and cracking it beneath his feet.
